DELIVERY PROCEDURE

The goods must be check thoroughly by the buyer at the time of delivery. Goods shall be at the Buyer’s risk from the time of delivery.

. We only deliver what we consider to be a safe delivery for tow professional delivery specialists and where they are able to do the delivery by themselves.

.If a customer’s residence does not have an operating elevator, the delivery team will not deliver to a location higher than 2 floors above the ground floor.

.In the event that a customer is “not at home’’ or “wrong address’’, The delivery has to be re-scheduled with or without a new delivery charge depending on the origin of the misinformation.

.We will deliver merchandise to a room cleared of clutter and ready for delivery to take place.

.We will set up bed frames and adjustable bases as long as they are part of the BQ/purchase. If a frame or adjustable base from another company has been bought they will not be responsible for installing them.

. We will place merchandise, if there is an existing frame or adjustable base, on it (mattress and base).*If the delivery team indicates that there is damage to the frame, and this may result in damaging the mattress, they will not put the mattress on the frame. They will make notation on the delivery note and leave the new mattress in the room of choice for the customer.

.The delivery team could move an old mattress to another location in customer’s residence or to the curb only under their own will.
