Returns and Refunds

RETURN POLICY

A restocking charge of 15% of the value of the item will be levied on all items. All returned items must be in excellent condition and with original sealed packaging.

.     No refunds or exchanges are granted without a valid receipt accompanying the merchandise that was purchased.

.   Refunds and exchanges will only be given for purchases made with in the last 3 days.

.  Any returned merchandise must be in good condition with no parts, accessories or instructions from the original package missing.

.  No refunds/exchange on foam and soft furnishings. (Bed linen, pillows, protectors or accessories, etc.)

.  Bed Quarters reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange in any given case.

*Identification must be supplied. (Acceptable ID includes any document or card with your name, address, signature and preferably a photo e.g. a driver’s license)

WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

Limited warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects and this  company reserves the right to refuse any claims arising from misuse or extreme wear not covered by any of our company product warranties Normal and/or softening of foam occurs with use and should not be mistaken for loss of resiliency or product defect.* Ironing on mattress voids the warranty.

Any variations of the conditions herein are inapplicable unless authorized in writing by the General Manager.
